How to get into CLI : Error message --Maximum active ssh sessions reached.

this is because users logged in by default is 5, if you like more sessions you need to increase.

Cisco ISE Admin portal in the following location: Administration > System > Admin Access > Settings > Access 

Once you get access you can forceout users.

you can log in to the CLI through the console and use the forceout username command to log out users to reduce the active SSH sessions.
