ISE 3.1 Device Admin Only, No data available

Our ISE running 3.1 patch 7. It only has the Device Admin license and devices are only authenticating to ISE using tacacs.

I see data in the ALARMS and SYSTEM SUMMARY dashlets but the "No data available." message shows up for AUTHENTICATIONS, NETWORK DEVICES, and ENDPOINTS.

Is this normal behavior or is this a bug that can be fixed?

If you hover over the ⓘ in the title of each Dashlet, you will see that these are for RADIUS only, not TACACS+.  The Dashlets that can be added to your Dashboard are

which means that there are no Dashlets for Device Administration.

Likely due to no (or low number of) enhancement requests for Device Admin Dashlets
