ISE 3.2 high cpu port 49 dropping

After upgrade to v3.2 (from 2.7), port 49 drops intermittently creating problem for device administration. We are at patch 4 but problem continues. We are seeing high cpu utilization when port 49 closes. After restart of all PSNs, everything is fine - cpu load low and port 49 open and responsive. That may last for several days but then same problem reappears and have to restart PSNs again. Has anyone seen similar problems?

Personally one of the Upgrade caused same issue for me, some how upgrading from ISE 2.7 to 3.2 was long upgrade.

is this Virtual or Physical Kit.

if this is distributed deployment, i suggest to have fresh installation of v3.2 and restore from back up should fix the issue.

if you are not convenced with the suggested approach- raise an TAC case to help.
