ISE 3 license PID

Hello,

During investigating Cisco ISE 3 essential licenses, I noticed that there are multiple PIDs can be purchased:

ISE-E-LIC

or

L-ISE-E-S

can anyone help me in this regard. are tier based licenses still need to be purchased based on the node quantities? or 1 ISE-E-LIC would be enough?

This is really confusing
