ISE 3495 EOL App. SW

Hi

We have 14 x ISE 3495 appliances and notice the end of life for hardware is 2021, but  EOL App. SW is Oct 2019.  Does EOL App. SW mean ISE 2.2 or the software on the UCS box itself? I know 2.2 will be supported for longer, but does the Oct 31st 2019 date  mean we will still get patches/bug fixes for 2.2,  but they will not have been tested/wrote for use on the 3495?

I need to know if we have to upgrade the 3495 in 2019 to carry on with the support?
