ISE Admin Users does not display

HI ,I have several admin users in the ISE(2.7),but somehow all the admin users except admin was not displayed.

 

Now I can't change other admin user's password.

 

Any information would be appreciated.

Hi @neila,

 first of all double check your Admin Users via the CLI:

ise/admin# application configure ise
Selection configuration option
...
[15]View Admin Users
...
[0]Exit

Choose the Option 15.

Second, you can also check at: Operations > Reports > Reports > Audit > Internal Administrator Summary.

Third, try to use a different browser (double check the ISE 2.7 Compatibility Matrix - Supported Browsers).

Are you sure these are internal ISE admin user accounts and not from an external identity store like AD or LDAP? Check the Administration > System > Admin Access > Authentication > Authentication Method screen to see what the Identity Source setting shows.

Your screenshot shows that the default admin account is Disabled, so I'm not sure how you would even be logged in unless you're using an external account.
