ISE alarm page script freezing browsers

Hi, folks.

Has anyone else noticed, that when you have a high number of one particular alarm and you try to clear these alarm that the browser freezes up ??

I have tested this with different browsers, situation is like this:

ISE version is v2.2.0470, patch 3

This is the alarm panel of the ise home page:

When you click on that line you get a windows with the alam list:

When you try to select all entries now (to acknowledge all at once), the page freezes up for minutes.

Sometimes after waiting for some minutes, you get a browser warning window, telling you that a script on this page has been running for a long time and you can choose to stop the script or wait some more.

If you choose to wait, in most cases the whole browser freezes.

Happens with different browsers.

Is there any different way to clear alarms ??

It's just bad design in my opinion.  It's trying to collect all the alarms in the background in order to delete them.  But this is an inconvenience for users and adds no value - it just adds delay and concern. 

I have found no other way to delete these Alarms - but keen to know if there is another way.

A drastic approach would be to disable the alarm (if it's an alarm that is just annoying and doesn't concern you anyway)
