Hi all.
I have a customer that is in the process of acquiring a new visitor handling system from a company caller Gallagher. I am struggling to find any documentation regarding integration between ISE and their system. https://products.security.gallagher.com/security/global/en/products/software/command-centre-licenses/visitor-management/p/2A8955
Is there anyone that have done integration between Gallagher's system and ISE Guest portal and how? Earlier I am sure there was an integration guide available for their earlier system from EastCoast but even that has disappeared.
Any guidance is appreciated.
Sincere Regards //Mats

Have you asked Gallagher what they support?
ISE REST APIs including those for GuestUser are at https://cs.co/ise-api

Oh yes, but I am still waiting for an answer. I have supplied the REST API documentation to them. I was hoping to hear from someone that had done this integration to speed things up. They say they support Cisco and ISE but how I wonder...
Thanks for your reply

I do not see them listed here: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/security/technical-alliance-partners.html
So will need them to confirm what they support.

I had a similar conversation recently with a customer that uses the Gallagher system for their visitor kiosks. From what I gathered, there is no direct integration at this time and the customer was going to have to work with the vendor to introduce custom API calls sent from Gallagher to ISE for Guest account managment.
The difficulty I can see, however, is that there does not seem to be a full visitor lifecycle where the visitor checks out when leaving, so there would be no deletion of the Guest account via the API. This would likely lead to duplicate guest accounts for recurring visitors, depending on how aggressive the Guest account purge policy was defined.

Good Evening Greg.
Thanks for your insight. So in short, you say that Gallagher doesn't have a working solution from the start and we will need to test what API calls will work when assigning guest accounts from entries in the Gallagher visitor system?

Yes, that is my understanding from the customer I discussed this with. They seemed to indicate that Gallagher may not have this custom API capability today out of the box, but would make that available to the customer for testing.
I provided similar examples from the ISE GuestUser API calls as per the documentation link shared by @thomas earlier in this thread and suggested they look at the full visitor lifecycle to determine which APIs would need to be used at each stage of that lifecycle.

Thanks Greg.
Are you able to disclose the customer you are involved with or a good contact at Gallagher?
Perhaps not here, but send me an email so I can suggest for our local Gallagher contacts to use the ongoing work with your customer in order to speed things up since we really need to get this integration in place.
Sincere Regards

Sorry, but I can't disclose the customer name nor did they provide any contacts at Gallagher. All I can say is the customer is one of the largest service providers in Australia.
