ISE application not run

Hi all

we have installed ISE V3.2 with hyper v

VM

CPU: 16

Mem: 32g

Disk: 600 G

i'll try this commande

#application start ise 

#application start ise safe

But i have the same result

How can i proceed to start ise application?

Did you give it enough time? before ISE brings up all applications it could take up to 20 mins or so, it's never a quick process. If you gave it enough time and the apps are still not running try to reload the node and leave it for at least 20 mins and check again.

i wait for 40mn but nothing

So i try this command

#apllication rest-config ise

and i have this error

Did you try to reload the node? Tbh I think it would be a much faster approach to fix this by trying to reimage this node from the scratch. Not sure why it asks the smart licensing to be enabled to go through, this shouldn't be relevant.

Also, did you reserve the VM resources you allocated? maybe the host is busy and other VMs are eating up this ISE resources?

Finally i got around this issue by enabling CPU compatibility mode and all services get up
