Checked the ISE compatibility document
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/1-4/compatibility/ise_sdt.html
but there was no entry for ISE's compatibility with Autonomous APs
I am looking to verify if ISE 1.4 is compatibile with Autonomous APs(AIR-AP1131AG-S-K9 and AIR-CAP1602E-S-K9) doing dot1x/mab.

Standard dot1x and MAB should work fine. basic authentication
You won't be able to do advanced flows that require COA (guest, posture, byod, MDM, etc as their is no URL redirection support either). Also you won't be able to switch flows without disconnecting the clients after a VLAN change requirement (profiling moves device from unknown to windows workstation for example)
