You can. pxGrid will only actively run on one node. If one node goes down the other will start running the pxGrid services.
The only crappy thing that I see is that once the original node running pxGrid services comes back up it does not take over the primary role of the services, they will continue to run on the second one. There is no failback option that I can find.
