Hello,
My goal is to upgrade from 2.1 to 2.7, I'm in the process to downgrade a new SNS3695 to 2.4 so that I can restore the 2.1 backup on it. When I attached the 2.4 iso image, I received errors (attached 3 screenshots).
ERROR: UNABLE TO DETERMINE INSTALLATION DISK
Looking for help.
Thanks
Ain

Hi @AIN UL BADAR,
Which ISO image are you using?
As per release notes for v2.4, you must use ise-2.4.0.357.SPA.x86_64_SNS-36x5_APPLIANCE_ONLY.iso.
Also, how are you triggering installation? As a virtual CD, or bootable USB?
To me, it looks like inadequate ISO is in use, or that ISE cant verify its signature, rather then HW issue.

I think this is it, I used ise-2.4.0.357.SPA.x86_64.iso, I'll give it a shot with the correct iso image and get back.
Thanks for responding so quickly.
