ISE FQDN (DNS profiler) Check Mechanics

When and how often does the DNS profiler pull FQDN information?  I have a feeling it is only the first time it gets the IP address of the device which wouldn't be correct.  If ISE learns a new IP for the device it has to recheck the FQDN.  Can someone confirm how ISE is supposed to do this before I open a TAC case if this is not functioning as designed.

There is a period where DNS probe will not be triggered to minimize the load which I believe is set to 1 hour. I suggest trying the test beyond 1 hour and if problem persists create a case.
