Is there a way to easily export existing guest wireless user accounts and import into another ISE?

No easy export from one and import to another. Please attach customer to CSCty82007 and reach out to the Product managers thru sales channel

Discussed in the past, different ways. Depends on what release to what release and what you want to do and how much trouble you want to deal with. There is no scripting available.

Personally, I would recommend just standing up new system and point at the old one. Like the NAC guest option below
