ISE Guest Portal

Hi,

We have 2 ISE servers running on ESXI.

Both are running 2.6 version and we want to upgrade to 3.1

All the load on the first one and the second one waits until the first fails.

Today when we tried to start the upgrade process on the first one the other one took over but the problem that we had was the Guest portal.

All clients that tried to connect to Wifi got "the web page is not available".

Everything is the same on both ISE servers even certificates.

What could the problem be?

hi @Moudar please review the configuration of the guest portal that was remaining in the ISE 2.6 version , you might be pointing the portal in the other node that you are upgrading or you are not solving successfully the dns, consider checking the authorization profile that guest users are hitting  and the portal guest settings that you have,  to confirm this also you can click in the portal test button that comes in the guest portal settings .
