ISE Guest Self-Registration setting your sponsor options

Hi All,

I need your support for the following question:

My customer is looking for a solution for ISE wireless guest self-registration, just like the following link: https://communities.cisco.com/docs/DOC-69087 , But he needs instead of choose one dropdown list, a guest should choose sub-menus for each menu:.

For example, I’m a guest and I can choose a department from departments list such as IT or finance, after choose the department, I can choose which sponsor within each dept.

Is it doable? If yes, How?
