ISE Installation error on VM

Hi Team,

One of our customers is dpeloying ISE and is getting error as attached below while importing ISE 2.1.0 OVA image in ESX6.5. Any ideas?

I would suggest the following:

  1. Verify the file checksum with the values published at CCO software download
  2. Verify that the same OVA file working ok with some older ESXi versions, e.g. 5.5 or 6.0

Best for the customer to open a TAC case so our support team may help with recreate and troubleshoot. Else, we need more info as how exactly the OVA file being deployed, such as whether it used the VMware vSphere client and directly to a standalone ESXi host.

Thanks for the reply.

We have already verified the checksum and it is found to be OK, and the OVA file works fine for the below versions as well. We will ask the customer to open a TAC case to work on this further.
