ISE license consumed 0

ISE Plus and Apex license consumed always shows 0. Only Base license shows consumption count. 

Remote users are connecting to ISE and posturing is enforced for them, still plus and apex license consumed shows 0.

Why is only BASE license shows consumed 400 to 500, but Apex and Plus always remains 0 consumed.

There could be a bug or some other reason for this but you did not provide any details on your environment (ISE version/patch, what type of posture - ise posture, hostscan, etc).

it's ISE 2.6 and ISE posture being used.
