PAN ISE CLI admin password

Hello,

I have two PAN ISE node.

On master node there is no problem to change admin CLI account with ISE iso file folowing cisco procedure.

On standby node, i tried three times and it is never working, there is always an acces denied due to wrong password.

It likes even if i change password with procedure, it does not change it on local database.

Did you already encounter this kind of issue ?

If the password policy to to lock the admin user access after N number of failures, then even the admin CLI users could get locked as a result. Please engage Cisco TAC to help with the recovery.
