ISE Licensing Question for Attributes used in a Authz Policy

What licenses are required if my customer uses the following attributes in a ISE Authz Policy:

I am trying to see if Plus or APEX is consumed with the attributes below

1. EndPoints:OperatingSystem
2. Session:Device-OS

If the attributes are there by themselves ...

(1) is usually from profiling

(2) is usually associated with BYOD for Android
