ISE Licensing

Hi,

I no longer want to evaluate licenses any more, and I want to just use the Base license for ISE, how do I go back to just using the Base license?

Remove all features in use that fall under those licenses, now removing the licenses depends on Smarnet or Traditional licensing in use and the current version. Check the following document for reference

We have Smartnet license's, but I am currently unable to change them to traditional licences as my Cisco account isn't a Smart account. I have requested an an account upgrade to a Smart account twice but it still hasn't happened.

Hi @jimmy10 ,

 at Administration > System > License > you are able to select the Evaluation license and Delete License:

 then use the Import License to import the Base license.

@jimmy10 If ISE 3.0+, select the other licenses in the licensing page and then select Disable to disable them.
