ISE live sessions doesnt show anything

Dears,

I have 5 ISE 2.6 patch 6.

1 PRI(A),SEC(MNT)

1 SEC(A),PRI(A)

3 PSN

In the PAN license menu, it was showed the wrong base license count. I use bellow procedure:

application configured ise

    Reset M&T Session Database

on both PRI(MNT) and SEC(MNT)

and it reset my license counter to zero like:

and after that I use the below procedure:

application configured ise

    Reset M&T Database

on both PRI(MNT) and SEC(MNT)

 

Now the license is the same as pic1 and it doest shows any Radius live sessions. but it shows radius live logs.

I reset all VMs and resync all of them but the problem has remained.

 

Can anyone help me?

I have not seen a proper explanation of those reset options. I think they should only be used under TAC guidance. 
if you happen to get a good technical explanation of WHEN to use those options, and also what the procedure (sequence of steps) is, then please share. It sounds like you hosed some part of the Oracle DB. TAC case ...

Arne Bier is correct that you should open a case with Cisco TAC support.

Have you tried swapping the MnT roles (making the secondary MnT as primary).
