I want to know if we can use one management interface for multiple domain?

Multiple Active Directory Domains? If so yes, ISE supports being joined to multiple domains and running authentications against multiple domains.

Can you give more detail around what the problem is and what you are trying to solve?

Yes,

It is very easy to join multiple domains and then use the different domains for authentication purposes in the policy.
