Hello,
I'm currently working on a project to migrate Cisco ISE (version 3.3.0.430 with Patch 2) from a VMware ESXi platform to Nutanix AHV.
Is there an official procedure or specific recommendations from Cisco for migrating Cisco ISE from VMware to Nutanix AHV?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Thank you for your answer.
Can I just simply do the following?
-Update to patch 4
- Backup the data in an ftp directory for example
-Deploy Nutanix VM with ISE iso
-Restore the data saved in the FTP directory
-Decommission the old VM
What about licenses (smart account) and service interruption?

Yes technically you can do that, I have not done Nutanix migration first hand myself but here are some general guidelines.
Take certificate backups as well with private key, so that you can install in new setup.
for licensing you will have to generate a new token from your smart licensing portal and reregister, you will also most likely will have to join nodes to AD so keep your admin account handy.
for service interruption, it depends on how’s your deployment, for distributed deployment, you may want to start with admin nodes first, like migrate secondary admin, secondary MNT, one policy node .. do your tests. Then migrate primary MnT, primary admin and rest of PSN one at a time for minimum service disruption.
keep the existing VM shutdown few weeks until you have everything running smooth on new platform, don’t delete them immediately.
also don’t skip the cisco link I sent earlier, there is some specific requirements for Nutanix.

Hello , I have this issue too, only from another ISE Version 3.2.
To install latest software version/patch before backup, is only needed if you wish to be on latest version right ?
Thanks in advance for help
