Hi Team,
When using MyDevices portal the user types in an URL for example "mydevices-portal.local" in his browser to access the portal. PSN on which this request lands redirects the user to the specific portal URL something like that: https://mydevices-portal.local:8900mydevicesportal/PortalSetup.action?portal=af1c2092-a365-11e7-a975-00505…
The question I have is about portal ID portion of the URL: portal=af1c2092-a365-11e7-a975-00505…. Is that ID static throughout portal lifetime? When could it change?
The reason for the question is that we want to use the full URL including portal ID for load balancer probes and I am not sure if it is a good idea.
Cheers,
Chris

The portal id is unique and static per portal
if you create another portal you will see the id change
the only time it would change is if you moved to using a different portal
