Does anyone know what data are included in the Operations Data backup...specifically? Thanks.

RADIUS and TACACS Log data -- the data used to populate MnT reports.

How different from each other when comparing to the result of "backup-log" command on MnT? Thanks.

backup command is used to backup the Config (PAN) and Operation (MnT) data.  The info backed up is essentially same that you would select from Admin GUI Backup function.

backup-logs command is used to backup the system and app logs which are the logs that you see via 'sh logging' at CLI.  These are not config or operation data, but logs specific to ADE-OS and Application events.

Adding to Craig, backup-logs is ISE admin CLI way to obtain an ISE support bundle so it's useful if ISE admin web UI having problem.
