Hi Team,
We have a issue wherein the ISE is not able to check the compliance status of Symantec EP v14.x, on research we have found the bug as below:
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCve94761/?reffering_site=dumpcr
Do we have any workarounds or solution to resolve the issue?
Appreciate any help on this.
Thanks & Regards,
Yogesh Madhekar

If your TAC case attached to the bug, the developer is asking for DART. If you do not have a TAC case, please open one and submit a DART file.

Hi there,
Thanks for the reply.
We are actually starting the deployment and the customer is migrating to SEP 14.x and other posture check required (
Websense DLP 8.0, McAfee hard disk encryption 4.8.0.1938 for laptops only, Symantec Endpoint Protection version 12 and 14) with remediation required if non-compliant.
Need the guidance to ensure we have workarounds if above posture check and remediation is not available then the deployment of ISE will hit a roadblock.
Appreciate your quick guidance on the same.

The deployment is not yet started, so do we still need to go ahead and open a TAC case. Is there any reported issue from the existing deployments that can be used as a reference.
I do understand that it is not something you might be aware but knowing this help us proactively manage the end customer here.
Thanks for your patience and help provided on the same.
