Does the user logged in need to have local admin rights for the temporal/dissolvable posture agent to work?

Hi
The ISE temporal agent is going to check the posture of the PC without getting installed on the device. Since there is no installation required , it means there is no need to have any admin access or rights to allow this temporal agent to run.
