ise primay license deployment

I have two ise VM nodes:

1.primary(primary administration, policy and monitoring personas)

2.secondary (secondary administration, policy and monitoring personas)

how many license must I buy?

one license for primary or need two license.?

License gets generated on the basis of primary and secondary udi. However they get installed on Primary admin node only. The primary Administration node then centrally manages all the licenses that are registered for your deployment.
