How can I get a list of the required and active processes that represent the ISE application? I get a list when I issue the "show application status ise" command, but my customer requires the exact process names with full paths in order to do remote application health monitoring.

It depends on the version of ISE that the customer is using. If it is ISE 2.1, you can use 'show cpu usage' to get a better understanding into the application server utilization.

Sorry, I should have put that in the original query. It is 2.0. Not sure of the patch level.
