In a distributed solution what is the maximum number of endpoints that a single PSN can support?

SNS 3415 can support up to 5000 concurrent endpoints and 3495 can support up to 20000 concurrent endpoints

How do you see the current number of endpoints on a particular PSN?

you can make use of reports under Operations tab in GUI. Reports of interest are 'Current Active sessions' and 'Registered Endpoints' by selecting the filter option as SERVER.
