ISE pxGrid Direct Service stucks at "Initializing"

One of my customers encountered the following issue:

ISE 3.2 with Patch 6

Any ideas how to troubleshoot?

Hi @rezaalikhani perhaps this bug:-

Symptom: Pxgrid stuck in initialization state. Conditions: IP access restriction configured for admin access. Workaround: Allow/configure ISE own IP/subnet into the IP access allowed list.

@rezaalikhani check the pxGrid pxgrid-server.log file to see if there is any useful information to aid troubleshooting.

Did this work before installing patch 6? If yes, this could be an issue with P6, perhaps log a TAC call.

The problem existed in the installed ISE even before Patch 6 installation. However, after installing Patch 6, the issue still persists. I will check the logs and report back with the results.
