We are trying to set up pxGrid between ISE 3.0 and Medigate medical device platform. The goal is to share data bidirectionally so we can create custom profiles in Medigate and push them to ISE for profiling. We are able to ingest data from ISE to Medigate but when we try to push data (custom attributes for a device) from Medigate to ISE the custom attributes are not being received. They have an integration guide and I cannot find any steps that were missed on the ISE side. This is ISE 3.0 patch 5. Is there an open bugs regarding this? Thanks.

I don't see Medigate listed here: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/identity-services-engine/216120-ise-security-ecosystem-integration-guide.html
But it is listed here as a partner: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/identity-services-engine/216128-cisco-ise-ecosystem-partner-integration.html

When receiving these custom attributes via pxGrid, the ISE setup requires defining the custom attributes that will be sent by the external system. Does the Medigate integration guide include all of the attributes supported by the Medigate system and steps to pre-configure them as Custom Attributes in ISE?
You can see similar steps in the Cisco CyberVision integration guide (section 5.2) found here:
