Hi,
Is there any roadmap on notifying the person being visited an SMS notification which will approve or deny the guest access? The use case is they do not have email on their phones, but they can receive SMS.
Thank you,
Sarah

Per http://cs.co/ise-help under how to ask help in the community, near the bottom of the page, Roadmaps are not discussed in the community.
there is info also under that article on how to submit feedback

Just curious - Would that be to notify them only that they have an email pending their approval, or also a mechanism to reply to the SMS with a 'Y' or 'N' and then action the approval accordingly?
I know we don't discuss roadmap here, but I just wanted to clarify the customer ask for my own curiosity.
Hi Arne,
After clarifying, they only want an SMS notification saying there's a guest coming in. At the same time, the approval or deny option will be sent to their email.
Sure Jason and ldanny. Thank you.
