ISE Sponsor Portal with Multiple sponsors

Hello - 

I'm trying to create an ISE sponsor portal where when the user registers they choose between two locations.  If they choose location X the account goes to sponsor group X for approval, if they choose location Y the account goes to group Y for approval.

is this possible?

I would think so. You can use two different groups and add different sponsors in each group and list the locations that guests will be visiting.
