ISE Upgrade from 3.1 Patch 7 to 3.1 Patch 8 or upgrade ISE 3.2 Patch 4

Hi Guys,

I am trying to Upgrade my ISE from 3.1 Patch 7 to ISE 3.1 Patch 8

Or as a second option

Upgrade my ISE from 3.1 to ISE 3.2 Patch 4 

My first question is, that are there any recorded issues moving for ISE 3.1 patch 7 to ISE 3.1 patch 8 

Second question is the same... but for the major upgrade

That are there any recorded issues moving for ISE 3.1 patch 7 directly to ISE 3.2 patch 4 ?

Need to choose the best option.

Install latest 3.1 Patch first.  Then upgrade to 3.2.  Then install latest 3.2 patch.

@ahollifield is this based on personal experience ? I always wonder about these things. I have a customer at 3.1p4 and I am keen to get them to ISE 3.2 soonish. In theory, an upgrade to 3.2 should also work from 3.1p4 - but I guess we "might improve our chances of success" by first putting the 3.1 system on the latest patch. Because we always cross our fingers and toes ... or we found a bug in the release notes

It's just something I've always personally done.  It *seems* more important when doing in-place upgrades vs backup/restore methods though in my experience.

Main thing which I am trying to make sure that if patch 8 of ISE 3.1 has any reported problems? 

And same thing about ISE 3.2 Patch 4 that are there any issues from any one who already has upgraded ISE 3.2?

Upgrade process is fine with me, as I have done ISE upgrade number of times.
