Hello,
my customer as a Cisco Identity Service Engine version 1 serveur and wish tu upgrade it to version 2; Does this require to purchase new licenses or can he keep the existing one ? If yes which are the reference ? There is no ordering guide for Cisco ISE 2.x

Which version of ISE 1.x? The licenses are the same from 1.3 to 2.0 with the exception that 2.0 added the Device Administration license (TACACS+ support). If they have a previous version, the licenses will upgrade.
Base > Base
Advanced > Split into Plus and Apex
I believe Wireless licenses will upgrade to Mobility but can't remember for sure. You will need to be sure to follow the proper upgrade path. If they are less than 1.3, you will need to upgrade to 1.3 or 1.4 before upgrading to 2.0.
