ISE with WLC 8.3?

We just tried to install 8.3 on a test WLC and have had nothing but issues with ISE. We use 802.1x wireless and with 8.3, it seems to disconnect whenever it goes to change vlans. Anyone know of stuff to try that has changed? I know we had fast transition on, but  now to have it on, we have to also have FT 802.1x enabled, but that stops devices from connecting.

Any suggested setting to try with EAP Chaining, phones, etc. They all join this 1 network and we use the ISE to reassign vlans based on status and AD groups.

If the WLC configuration working on prior AireOS releases, please refer to Release Notes for Cisco Wireless Controllers and Lightweight Access Points for Cisco Wireless Release 8.3.102.0 and, if needed, contact our wireless product teams for support.

If seeking a general WLC configuration, see How To: Universal Wireless Controller (WLC) Configuration for ISE

Most, if not all, still the same. Notable changes are that RADIUS NAC is now ISE NAC and that PSK can work with MAB filtering with ISE NAC enabled.

On your VLAN change issue, I would suggest first to perform a sanity check and ensure all the VLANs are defined and working on your test WLC. Then, enable debugging on WLC, such as "debug client <client-mac-address>" to see why the client is removed after VLAN changes.
