We are using my device portal for end users to register their devices. Users are registering their devices successfully. However the device disappears form their portal after re-authentication. But still remains in ISE database as registered device. We started seen issue after we upgrade ISE 2.7. It is not impacting service but end users are not able to delete devices from portal.
Any help is appreciated.

@RachelTsegai26598 - are the MAC addresses still assigned to the expected Endpoint Identity Group (e.g. Registered Devices)? If not, then there might be a Purge configured to clear out endpoints.
But if it's just a case of them not being visible in the My Devices Portal then sounds like a TAC case to investigate why. It doesn't appear to be something that could be due to misconfiguration.

Hi Rachel, how did you get this solved in the end? Did you have to go through TAC? We have the same issue here, devices are present in the ISE database but not shown on the My devices portal. Thanks.
