Issue with ISE: wireless user failed and machine pass on First Login

We're currently experiencing an issue with Cisco ISE where wireless users are receiving the error:
wireless user failed and machine

This occurs when a user attempts to connect for the first time.

Here are some key points about the situation:

1. There are no firewall blocks during the connection attempt.
2. The wired connection works fine for the same machine.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on what might be causing this?
