Issue with RSA authentication after RSA server IP change

I'm having issues authenticating cisco devices through rsa after an IP change to my RSA replica server. I made the appropriate config changes within the cisco devices after changing the IP address.

This image shows the message I'm receiving in RSA Authentication Monitor when my cisco switch sends an auth request to the rsa server.

The cisco switch IP is 10.44.64.11, for some reason its using the cisco switch's IP as the authentication agent IP. 10.69.44.32 is my rsa server IP that it should be using as the authentication agent. Normally, the Server Node IP and Client IPv4 addresses show up as the 10.69.44.32 address.

Anyone encountered this issue before?
