Hello,
I have an issue with ISE.
I see in the license tab that base licenses are over the limit.
The active endpoints are a lot fewer
Is there sth I could do to fix this?
Why is it happening?

first of all ... Licenses are counted against Concurrent Active Sessions and a session starts with a RADIUS Accounting Start message ... to check the Current Active Sessions:
In Operations > Reports > Reports > Endpoints and Users > Current Active Sessions
ISE will maintain a session as active for 5 days unless:
1. an Interim Accounting packet is received
2. a Reauthentication of the Endpoint happens (the 5 days timer is reset)
3. a RADIUS Accounting Stop message is received (the license will be released).
Please, take a look at the Current Active Session ... if this number is lower than the Current Usage tab, work with TAC to solve this issue.

I see that I have schedule to purge everyday, but the rules are inactive.
I should make some rule in order to have purging, right?

In Administration > Identity Management > Settings > Endpoint Purge > Purge window:
