Hoping to get clarification on the capabilities of ISE.
We have a university that are looking at putting in an ISE captive portal for guest wifi access. For compliance reasons they have to record the access to the network and retain these records.
We are proposing that ISE will send the authentication records to Splunk. However what I would like to know, they are setting this up for university open days so anybody can create their own account through the portal site before gaining access. Can a record of account creations on ISE also be sent to Splunk?
what information would the log record contain if you are aware....
I see there are messages that may capture the guest creation in the message catalog...
