Hi Cisco ISE Gurus,
My client just found an issue with ISE configured switch. When a laptop connected to a switch port with ISE configured, the MAC address will stick to that port and even if the laptop is unplugged. So when the user connect the laptop to another port on the same switch, the port is showing up but the computer can't get connected since the MAC is still associated to the previous port. Tried to clean arp ip,( interface) but wound't work.
Only if the port is shutdown and enabled the MAC entry will be cleared.
The switch is CS-3850-48P running 3.06.E
No such issue found on CS-3750 or another 3850 running 3.02.02 SE. with same ISE configuration.
Is there any known bug?
Thanks.
