I have the ACS 4.0 Appliance (CSACSE-1113-K9) and it came with 1GB of RAM. I would like to ask if this can be upgraded to 2-3GB.If so, what type of ram should i be using?

Guess i'll answer my own qtn after calling TAC.Perhaps it'll be useful for the rest

Model i'm using is CSACSE-1113-K9 (ACS 4.0 Appliance)

This came with 1GB memory and as advised by TAC, the memory cannot be upgraded further.
