Microsoft Direct Access interop with ISE

My customer is looking to have ISE for access controlling in their wired, wireless, and VPN networks.

Customer is using Microsoft Direct Access (DA) VPN to connect to their corporate resources from home.

In this scenario, how ISE can detect the users connected over VPN and authorize them only after they are compliant with Posture?

I see below challenges,

1. Customer don’t want to replace VPN solution for this.
2. We do not have IPN to authorize the users post decryption from ISE 2.0.

Do you see a possible solution here..
