Migrate NAD to new ISE

Hi!

We are going to migrate network devices from old to new ise deployment. would it be alright to register the devices to both ise then remove them to old ise once everything is good on the new one? or is it better if remove the old ise first to the devices, but will cause longer down time?

 - The 'everything is good' phase on the new ISE should be tested before moving NADs ; it's probably best to add the new ISE but remove the old ISE kind of immediately for consistency ,
