Migrating from ACS 5.8 to ISE 3.1

I am trying to migrate from ACS 5.8 to ISE 3.1.
There is a migration tool in ISE 3.0 version, but it is not provided in ISE 3.1.
Can I use the migration tool provided by ISE 3.0 in 3.1?

There is no migration tool to 3.1 directly and don't think there will be one in future considering its end of support for a while, what you can do it spin up a 3.0 ISE VM, migrate to 3.0 using the tool and then take a backup and restore in 3.1, let us know how it goes.

@ammahend  is correct.  The ACS to ISE migration tool is not supported in ISE 3.1 and newer.
