Migrating Multiple standalone ACS to a single ISE cube

Partner Question:

"Customer has 3 standalone ACS deployments connected to 3 different AD domains. Can they use the Migration Tool to achieve migration to a single ISE Cube, or will ACS1 be migrated using the tool, then be overwritten if they attempt to migrate ACS2, also using the Migration Tool."

I'm reasonably sure they can only migrate one ACS using the tool, but if someone could confirm, that would be great.

How extensive are the configurations on the ACS deployments? 

If they are merging three in to one, maybe it would be a good chance to clean up those deployments and possibly stream line the policies.
