NAC reimage causing config loss

Hi all ,

We have re-imaged our NAC 3315 due to some issue . But after that,  the configuration of the device lost and we have configured from scratch . Whether this is expected or due to any issue?

Were you able to perform backups before the re-image?

Re-imaging will overwrite ALL information on the disk, so yes, this is an expected result.

Hi Charles,

Thanks a lot for the reply . Actually our webgui of guest NAC was not working . Hence we tried to reimage the same . But after that  also same issue persists.

The Device IP was reacble for sometime . Afterthat it will stop respond. And we will get error "network unreachable"
